Refund Policy – Metal Art Signs
At Metal Art Signs, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom metal signs tailored to your specifications. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our refund and return policy below. For further assistance, contact us at customercare@metalartsigns.com.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
If there are any issues or problems with your item, contact us at customercare@metalartsigns.com within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for requests received after 7 days.
Exceptions:
We do not accept returns on custom metal signs unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping. Since these items are custom-made to order, they cannot be resold or returned due to changes of mind or other circumstances.
Refunds on Custom Metal Signs
Custom metal signs are personalized for each customer and cannot be refunded once production begins. However, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipment.
Important:
- Refunds or replacements are not provided for typos or incorrect details entered during the ordering process. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.
- Items lost or damaged during shipping will be replaced, not refunded. Notify us immediately if this occurs, and we will expedite a replacement.
Production Time: Personalized items are made-to-order. Allow 3–5 days for production and an additional 2–3 business days for domestic shipping. For complex designs, production may take up to 5 days.
Refund Process
To request a refund, provide proof of purchase. Contact us at customercare@metalartsigns.com for guidance on returning your product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank for further clarification.
If you’ve taken these steps and still haven’t received your refund, email us at customercare@metalartsigns.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at customercare@metalartsigns.com for instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
